Ready-to-Wear & The Bazaar Store
Items purchased from our Ready-to-Wear collection or The Bazaar Store are processed with high velocity and typically ship within 48–72 hours of purchase.

Made-to-Order (M-T-O) Commissions
Because these pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, production times are as follows:
  • Standard Production: 25–30 business days.
  • Fastlane Production: 6–8 business days (Subject to material and size availability).
  • 48H RUSH Service: Completed in 48 working hours. *Please allow one additional business day for Patina orders.
  • Signature Fit Orders:  For commissions requiring a custom-milled last, please add 14 business days to the standard production time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your commission is complete, we ship directly from our production facility in Almansa, Spain or Chieti, Ancona - Italy.
Timing: Est. delivery usually takes 3–6 business days from ship date. 
Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer free domestic and international shipping on all orders over $350 USD.

Mixed Orders
If your order includes a combination of Ready-to-Wear, Bazaar, and Custom items, you have the flexibility to choose your delivery style:
  1. Ship Separately: Receive your Ready-to-Wear items immediately while we craft your custom pieces.
  2. Ship Together: We will hold your entire order and ship it as one complete delivery once your custom commission is finished.
A Note on Delivery
To ensure your investment arrives safely, a signature is required for all deliveries. Please double-check your shipping address prior to checkout to avoid delays.
