Our standard production duration is 35-40 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.

48h Rush Production:

Our 48H Rush service offers ultra-quick production in just 48 working hours. Enjoy streamlined customization with many different colors of Luxe Calf leather with burnishing and patina options, Blake Stitched Flex Constructions and many features. 

Fastlane Production:

What is Fastlane? Fastlane is our 10-12 working days Made-to-Order production service for individual (single) MTO Goodyear Welted orders. Blazing fast production time (10-12 working days) and dozens of shoe styles to be customized with a wide range of materials, sole units, welt styles, etc. 

Please note due to the high demand, this line is on a first come first serve basis. Every style included in this line is subject to size availability, upon ordering, your size may sell out and not be available.
Shipping and Timeframe:
Once production is complete on your MTO product, we ship directly from our production facility in Almansa, Spain. Shipping duration is usually 5-7 business days via express shipping (typically FEDEX) in addition to the production time. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your MTO product is shipped. 
Note: 
  • Holidays and custom may cause delays.
  • Returned/unsuccessful delivery will cause delays.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or absence for signature may cause delays and not qualify for refund.
Cost:
There is no shipping cost for orders over $350 USD both domestic and international.

Shipping and restocking fees protocol are non-negotiable and apply to all MTO.
