Complete your order and make payment and write down your Order Number.

Send an e-mail to info@yellowdoorbrand.com indicating your Order Number in the subject lineand requesting the “Try-on Shoes Service” at home.

(we already have your address but if you’d like us to shipto another address, please specify.)

We will send you some half pairs in different sizes (halfsizes excluded) having same fit of the shoes you’ve ordered (this means thatdespite they look different, they fit like the ones you’ve ordered).

Once you’ve tried on the shoes, send an e-mail to info@yellowdoorbrand.com to confirm your correct size, plus drop off the shoes to ship back.

 

You’ll receive the shipping label by UPS when you receive the try-on shoes.

 

We will give you confirmation that your order is in the hands of our artisans.

They will start handcrafting your custom shoes and have then ready for you in approximately 4 weeks!
