The Door Is Open: Home Try-On Service
Precision Fit, Anywhere.
To ensure your custom footwear is perfect before we begin, we offer a complimentary Home Try-On Service for all U.S. destinations. 
We craft final custom footwear for men and women from size 5 to 17, including half sizes and varying widths. Our Try-On Service is designed to help you find your ideal "Fit Profile" across two dimensions: Length and Width.
How the Service Works:

    1. Secure Your Commission: Place your order and complete payment on our website to secure your place in our production queue.
    2. Request Your Fit Samples: Send an email to info@yellowdoorbrand.com with your Order Number and the subject line: “Try-        On Service Request.”
    3. Receive Your Samples: We will ship a selection of Full-Size Fit Samples directly to your door in both Standard and Wide
            widths. 
  • Note: Our try-on library consists of full sizes in two width profiles. These samples allow you to determine if you require a standard full size or if we should calibrate your final handcrafted pair to a half size or a specific width for a more personalized fit.
    4. Test the Volume: These samples are used to test the internal shape and feel of your chosen style. While the color or material of
            the sample may differ from your final design, the fit is identical.
    5. Confirm & Return: Once you’ve determined your size and width, email us to confirm. Use the provided pre-paid UPS label to
            return the samples to our studio. 
Handcrafting Begins:
Once your size and width are confirmed and the samples are returned, our artisans begin work. Your custom shoes will be ready for delivery in approximately 4 weeks.
