Your Measurements & Fit Data (Shoes & Collection)
To provide our personalized fit services, we collect and store specific measurement data, including 3D scans and tailoring profiles. 
  • Storage: This data is kept in our secure digital archive to simplify your future commissions.
  • Access: This information is used exclusively by our Atelier and production partners in Spain & Italy to craft your items. We do not sell or trade your fit profiles to third parties.
Your Imagery & Copyright (Photography & Lab)
Yellow Door respects your intellectual property. 
  • Ownership: We claim no ownership rights to any images contained in your portfolios or lab orders. 
  • Privacy: We will not share, publish, or use your images for marketing unless we have received your express written consent. 
  • Sharing: Please note that if you choose to share a digital gallery link provided by us, you are responsible for the access granted to those recipients.
Secure Transactions
Your financial security is a priority. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Yellow Door does not store your full credit card information on our internal servers.
Communications
By commissioning a piece or booking a session, you may receive updates regarding your order status. You may opt-out of general brand styling updates at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our correspondence.
Your Responsibility
While we go to great lengths to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account passwords. Please be mindful when sharing personal information in public forums or reviews.
