WMTO deposits are therefore strictly non-refundable once a WMTO order period has ended. Once a WMTO product meets its order deadline and orders close, deposits cannot be refunded, with no exceptions. For example, if you decide one week or one month after orders close that you no longer want the shoe you ordered, your deposit will not be refunded.
